As the world reacts to Margaret’s broadcast, Daniel Kellner (Josh O’Connor), a cybersecurity expert, discovers that he is the only one capable of translating the message. Having stumbled upon classified data, Daniel realizes that the government and a shadowy corporation led by the ruthless Noah Scanlon (Colin Firth) have been suppressing this evidence for decades. Alongside a defector named Hugo Wakefield (Colman Domingo), Daniel goes on the run to ensure “full disclosure” to the public.
