In a near-future Los Angeles, the justice system is governed by “Mercy Capital Court,” where artificial intelligence judges decide the fate of the accused in real-time. Detective Christopher Raven, a staunch supporter of the system, finds himself on the other side of the glass when he is framed for his wife’s murder. Strapped to a chair, he is given exactly 90 minutes to find digital evidence of his innocence using the AI’s unrestricted network access. As the clock ticks down toward his execution via sonic blast, Raven uncovers a conspiracy involving his own sobriety sponsor and a revenge plot rooted in the Court’s first-ever execution.
